I use to scrim and save every single cent i can. 

Yes every single CENT.

It C E N T. 

I save up a lot but after awhile i realize, it took me 6month to save up 1.5k but just 1 day to use it to buy a laptop back in my year 1 poly.

6month of saving, 1 day of using.

I am not saying that saving is not good but you must understand that the interest is very very very very low.

Thus i got into the thing call stock. However i am not trained, know nuts about it. I seek advice here and there and then try dividend.

End up buying 3 lot of Singtel.

Guess what? money come in every month. It might not be a lot but it way higher than bank interest. 

I know it not a lot. It still only about 30$/mth but compare to bank of few cent/mth. You are wise enough to decide.

You all might have watch those hong kong drama on stock market or maybe even korean drama. Let you tell you, you don't have to be someone who alway sit infront of the Computer and look at the number.

Playing stock for youngster is not really good. Buying BlueChip to earn dividend is safer.

Today i am going to teach you all how to earn through selling items.

Let me first introduce this.

I have personely try this and this works out so - so for me only. However when i got my hot looking girlfriend (not my girlfriend XD) for help to sell, the sale increase like mad!!!

Ok what i am trying to say is like blogshop or those shopping push cart. All you need to LOBANG to get cheap goods! 

Not to "Hao Lian", i once earn up to 6k (profit + cost) in just 1 month due to those good korean concert. I sold stuff like lightstick of 2ne1, bigbang, snsd,super junior. The cost is dirt cheap cause those item is from china! My cost for those item is only like 1k, however the shipping cost me about 300$ and i repackage them which cost about 1k due to man power and wrappers. 

However! it still profit!!!!!!

Why i say girl will be better for this?

I does not know why but somehow when i try selling at scape, sale was not that good, i got 1 of my hot poly female friend to sell stuff for me there, the sale hit sky rocket!

Female is normally better with design too thus she is better with packaging and stuff.

You all might be wondering if i am telling lies cause if it is really a good business, why did i stop?

Answer is simple!

Because i am currently a university student and i am earning more from tuition and only teach 5 hours a week at 35$/hr.

Doing a blogshop or going to Scape requires more times!

So if you really don't know how to teach tuition try this method!

Especially you are a female ! 

Not to Stereo type people but female who are more towards those Ah Lian dressing and dare to speak up tends to have more advantage in term of setting up a store at Scape.

However people who are more IT, is better to do a online blogshop and use twitter/facebook to advertise.

So you all might be thinking "hmm i don't sing well, can't play guitar or anything thing how the F**K so i make video?" 

Well you don't have to be like "Jayesslee" or "Megan Nicole" or Jen from Mahalo" to be Famous on youtube.

As you all know youtuber like to ask people to subscribe to them, this is because if your subscriber rate are high and more people view your video, there is a higher chance of advertiser want to use your video.

That how MAGICAL Youtube is. Some people will be able to earn from just people placing a adverstiment before the video start playing.

Here a few example of people who don't sing, play guitar or teach anything but still can earn some thing from youtube!

"Deekosh talk about Eh Wah" or "David After Dentist or "Baby Talking"

You see they are proof that you don't alway have to sing or teach guitar. All you need to do is to make funny video! 

Dee Kosh is a very good example! He is funny, dare to speak and dare to act! All he need is courage and of couse good sense of humor!

If you really can't be funny or don't want to reveal your face. This is what you can also do.

You see K-Pop is the most Swag thing now, so if you are teaching something that XMM and XDD like, sure also big hit!

BTW! Prezi is good a software to make presentation then make them into a video.

However! this magic might not be as easy as what i have just said. If your video is not funny, enriching or useful, your video might have no views. 

Your video need to have the "BOOMZ" factor. It needs to have the "WOW" factor.

The first Magic i am going share is call Tuition!

Giving tuition to young kids is 1 of the many ways to earn money using little time.

The market rate for tuition is now very good.

Here is the average you can find today base on Per Hour:

Tuition for Primary School

Diploma: $15 - $25

JC: $15 - $30

Tuition for Secondary School

Diploma: $15- $35

JC: $20 - $ 40

University: $25 - $40

Tuition for JC

University: $25 - $50 

Degree Holder: $30 - $60

Some people after they graduate from University, they don't work. All they do is to give tuition and they can earn money to survive or even buy a CAR!

You see why Tuition is call easy money is because it a freaking at least $15/hr compare to those puny part time job which only give you highest $8/hr.

Let me give you a sample calculation for a University undergrad trying to earn money to survive school.

Working Part Time at any Retail/F&B/Sale

What you will get is only No. of Hours a Day x No. of Days a Week x Pay per Hr.

Now lets assume you work 5 hours a Day, 4 days a week and then the pay is on the high side $8/hr.

You will only get  5*4*8 = $160/wk and the number of hours spend is 20hours!!!

20 Freaking Hours!!! that is so long!!!

Even if you were to find a average rate of tuition ($20/hr), you will only need 8 hours a week to earn the same amount!!

Imagine what you can do with that extra 12Hours?!?! 

Study? Gym? Hang out with friends? 

However you might think that finding tuition job is difficult, here let me help you!

Making Money to some people might be difficult but what i am going to tell you is ways to make money easily without working very difficult.

However it requires you to have certain skills/education if not it will be difficult for you to earn easy money.

Yup! That right Skills/Education is important, that why we should alway listen to our parent about studying or going for that piano class when we are young!
